Space Elevator Survivability – Space Debris Mitigation
The International Space Elevator Consortium (ISEC) Red Team has drafted a study, or position paper, titled "Space Elevator Survivability - Space Debris Mitigation." This document is available for all attendees of the 2010 Space Elevator Conference to review and provide comments. ISEC will review the comments and publish the paper by the end of the year. Comments can also be contributed at the panel discussion on space debris mitigation session scheduled on Friday afternoon of the conference.
